Maybe the first time I tried to make a no-thrills classic chili and it came out as one of the best I think I'd ever had. The homemade hot sauce definitely helped and it was maybe a LITTLE too spicy for a general crowd, but it was perfect IMO. For w/e reason I recorded it most of it and to throw it in a youtube short was super easy. I should probably do this more often.
